All items sold are carefully sourced, thoroughly authenticated, and described to the best of our knowledge. We take great care to ensure that each product is presented accurately, including details regarding condition and inclusions.

All sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item received:

• Is not delivered in the condition stated at the time of sale
• Is missing disclosed inclusions
• Is proven to be inauthentic

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence provided. Items must remain unused and in their original condition in order for a claim to be reviewed.
